These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Interview With AI website and application (the “Service”), which is operated by Interview With AI (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data.
1. Eligibility and your account
- You must be of the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to agree to these Terms and may not use the Service if prohibited by law.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@ai-interviewing.xyz of any unauthorized use.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to access another user’s data, bypass authentication, paywalls, or rate limits, or probe/scan the Service for vulnerabilities.
- Submit malware or code intended to harm the Service, or otherwise attempt to disrupt or overload it.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or build a competing service from the Service without permission.
3. Your content and license to us
You retain ownership of the content you submit (questions, code, answers, transcripts). To operate the Service, you grant Interview With AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, and process your content through the Service and our AI providers (see the Privacy Policy) solely to provide and improve the Service and to prevent abuse. This license ends for content you delete, subject to retention for audit/security logs as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. AI-generated content; no guarantee of accuracy
The Service uses AI models to generate interview questions, responses, evaluations, and reports. AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased. It is provided for practice and educational purposes only and is not professional, legal, medical, or career advice. You are responsible for evaluating and acting on any output.
5. Paid features, billing, and refunds
- Some features require payment (single purchases or recurring subscriptions) processed by Stripe. You agree to Stripe’s terms and to provide accurate billing information.
- Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@ai-interviewing.xyz.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not apply to a period already paid.
6. Service availability and changes
We provide the Service “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (or the Service) at any time, with notice where practical.
7. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Interview With AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or interviews, arising out of or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where allowed, to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve (12) months.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting info@ai-interviewing.xyz. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) remain in effect after termination.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. We will try to resolve disputes informally first; otherwise, they will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in England and Wales, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the “Last updated” date above and provide notice of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
